Nova Employment is one of the largest providers of Specialist Employment Assistance for people with a disability in Australia.
We are funded by the Australian Government to assist people with Disabilities into the mainstream workforce.
People who are assisted by Nova will find work at Award Wages or higher!
• We will help you with setting and achieving your career goals
• Preparing your resume for you
• Pre-employment skills and training
• Job seeking and attending interviews with you
• On the job training and support for a minimum of 100 hours for a fulltime position
To be eligible for our program you must
• Have a disability that is consistent with Centrelink’s disability support criteria and that you need support to find and maintain employment.
• Want to work
• Be able to travel to work, and travel training is provided
• Must abide by individual worksite requirements
• Have a permanent address
